Summary as introduced:

Animal license taxes.  Increases the amount that localities can charge for animal license taxes from $10 to $35, and limits the tax for each additional dog or cat to $2. Funds collected under this bill will be used by the localities to (i) defray the cost of local animal control shelters, (ii) promote sterilization of dogs and cats, and (iii) support affordable rabies vaccination clinics.
