Here are the meetings planned so far. Note that the first meeting on the list will be held tomorrow!

 

Please mark your calendar to come to as many as you can, and bring with you a colleague, an ACO, a veterinarian, a member of your Board of Supervisors, your state delegate and your state senator – any and all who can help Virginia’s companion animals.

 

2008 was a very good year legislatively for Virginia’s animals. We need to get moving now so 2009 can be successful as well. (See alert of 5/13/08 for details of meeting content; it is posted on the website: www.VirginiaVotersForAnimalWelfare.com.)

 

Most meetings will be held on Sundays from 11am to 1pm, but a few will be at slightly different times and on Saturdays.

 

There may be additional meetings added to this list.

For those of you who live in areas where there is no meeting presently scheduled, get busy organizing one and we will help you. Animal welfare problems are statewide, and so our work must be statewide as well.
