2007 Initiatives as of 12/17/06
 

Here are the changes:
 

1.   initiative #1 – gas chambers

The word “public” has been added to point #3.
 

2.   initiative #6 – humane education

The word “not” has been added to point #1.
 

3.   initiative #12 – privatization

This is a brand new initiative in which we seek to privates two functions currently the responsibility of the State Vet:  animal record reporting and the inspection of all companion animal custodial facilities in Virginia.
