1/23/07

Please come to Richmond on Thursday, 1/25/07.

It is difficult, we know, as the hearing is starting even earlier than we thought.

The hearing starts at 7:00 am!

It will be held in House Room 1 at the Patrick Henry Building.

The gas chamber bills (HB3004) will be heard plus more.

Here is the list of VVAW to be considered.

HB2098 – tethering - patron is Kenny Alexander

HJ567- humane ed - patron is Kenny Alexander

HB2412 – gas chamber - patron is Clay Athey

HB1959 – license fee cap - patron is Frank Hargrove

HB2295 – rabies surcharge - patron is Jennifer McClellan

HB3004 – gas chamber - patron is Jim Scott

If you can’t come, please see what calls/emails you can get out in support of our bills.

Note that we are opposing HB3091, a bill patroned by Del. Tommy Wright which allows “occasional” breeding. It is also to be heard on Thursday.
Please send messages about this one as well, and show that you are in opposition to it.

More later regarding our other bills.

See you Thursday.
